The Financier

I’d like to introduce the man behind the money, the sole source of income for our household, the biggest supporter of my dreams and my best friend, Travis.

Travis is currently serving as a Major in the Army. His hard work has allowed our family to buy a home and turn our 1/4 of an acre into a small homestead. He financed the purchase of our chicken coop and run, the chickens to fill that coop, a fence to enclose our yard, purchase seeds for the garden and supplies for me to can. Without his support I would not be able to move forward with my dream.

On top of his support in starting this homestead, he supported me leaving the Army to spend more time with our kids. His support allowed me to transition to civilian life and become a stay at home mom to our 4 children.

I am more thankful for this amazing man than words can express. He is a wonderful father and husband. I can’t brag about him enough, so be prepared for more husband praising posts during this journey.
